Appointments
At Margaret Withrow, D.P.M., we make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. Same day appointments are often available for urgent matters. The appointment scheduling process is simple. Please call 623-979-4466 to schedule an appointment, or click on the Request an Appointment link.
We request that New Patients arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete the registration process.
Insurance
Our office accepts a variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Please click here to view a list of accepted insurance carriers.
Payment Options
Margaret Withrow, D.P.M. does see patients who do not have insurance (cash pay patients). In general, payment is expected at the time of service, but we understand that each patient has unique financial circumstances. Payment plans are available. Our billing department will be happy to assist you in setting up a payment schedule.
Some patients without insurance may qualify for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). The following link may provide you with some useful information about applying for AHCCCS: www.ahcccs.state.az.us/site/
Margaret Withrow, D.P.M. is contracted with many insurance plans including Medicare. Remember, with most insurance plans, you may have a deductible or co-insurance responsibility, and many insurance plans now also require a co-payment at the time of service. If you have questions about your insurance plan, contact your plan administrator for assistance.
